FAQs

Below are some of are common questions

I only sell pieces I personally believe to be genuine antiques. That said, I'm not a certified appraiser — I buy based on years of personal experience and research. If you need a formal authentication certificate, I'd recommend having the piece independently assessed after purchase.

Where I have it, yes. Some pieces come with auction records, previous sale receipts, or collector notes — I'll include whatever documentation I have in the listing or mention it in the description.

Yes, always. Just send me a message through the contact page and I’ll send over whatever additional photos or details you need. I’d rather you ask than buy something you’re unsure about.

Yes. I ship from the Netherlands to most countries. Items are packed carefully — fragile pieces get extra protection. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Note that import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country, and those are the buyer’s responsibility.

All sales are final. These are one-of-a-kind antiques, not mass-produced goods. That said, if a piece arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was described, contact me and we'll figure something out. I'm not in the business of leaving buyers unhappy.

Keep pieces out of direct sunlight and away from humidity. Handle them with clean dry hands, or gloves for more delicate items. Avoid harsh cleaning products — a soft dry cloth is usually enough.

I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. For high-value pieces, bank transfer is also possible — just get in touch before purchasing and we can arrange it.
